Optimization of the Ultrasonic Extraction of Red Pigments from Red-flesh Sweet Pomelo by Response Surface Methodology

摘  要:[目的]寻找红肉蜜柚果实红色素的最佳提取方案。[方法]以红肉蜜柚果实为材料,在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应曲面法对果肉红色素超声提取工艺参数进行优化研究。选择超声浸提时间、浸提温度、料液比为自变量,以红色素提取液在471 nm处吸光度为响应值,采用Box-Behnken设计方法,模拟得出了红肉蜜柚红色素提取的回归方程。[结果]石油醚为提取剂时,超声辅助提取使红肉蜜柚果肉红色素吸光度增加106.1%;提取的最佳工艺条件为以石油醚为浸提溶剂,浸提温度22℃,浸提时间32 min,料液比1∶4.3 g/ml,此时红肉蜜柚果实红色素提取液的吸光度为1.312。[结论]研究可为红肉蜜柚红色素的开发利用提供参考依据。[ Objective] To find out the best extraction conditions of red pigments from red-flesh sweet pomelo. [ Method ] Based on single-fac- tor test, the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions of red pigments from red-flesh sweet pomelo were investigated by response-surface meth- odology. Three factors including extraction temperature, ultrasonic extraction time and material-liquid ratio were selected to maximize the ab- sorbancc of red pigments at 471 nm with Box-Behnken design and the regression equation was stimulated. [ Result] The ultrasound-assisted extraction increased the absorbanee of red pigments by 106.1% , with petroleum ether as extraction solvent, the optimum extraction parameters of red pigments were extraction temperature of 22 % , uhrasonic extraction time of 32 minutes anti st)hal-liquid ratio of 1:.4.3( g/ml). Under the optimal extraction conditions, the absorbance of red pigments was 1. 312. [ Conclusion] The study provides references for the development and utilization of red pigments from red-flesh sweet pomelo.
