摘　　要：针对目前工业工程实践教学中存在的问题,提出工业工程实践教学新的教学模式,设立面向各类学生的训练的实验类型,以实现全面提升学生实践能力和综合素质的培养目标。提高学生的实践能力和创新能力,适应工业工程学科的发展和社会对高级人才的要求。Aiming at the subsistent problems in the practice teaching of industrial engineering,this paper proposes a novel teaching mode,establishes some student-oriented experiments to achieve an overall improvement in students’ practical abilities and overall quality.lt is proved that this teaching mode improves the practical and innovation ability of students,and is adapted to the requirements of industrial engineering for senior talent.
