摘　　要：高职教师较高的综合素养有助于履行教书育人的社会责任。在教育教学中,高职教师要加强学习,不断提升专业能力;勤于钻研,不断提升教学能力;严格自律,不断提升师德水平;潜心德育,不断提升学管水平。自觉提升的过程,也是高职教师良好师德师风的外在表现。Higher vocational teachers higher comprehensive qualities help to fulfill the social responsibility of the teaching. In the process of education, higher vocational teachers should learn hard, continuously improve its own exemplary virtue image; Study diligently, continuously improve its own business ability; Be willing to work, sharpen their level of moral education.
