摘　　要：跨世纪人才素质培养是一项重要的系统工程 ,是与大学生社会化紧密相连的 ,它体现了社会期望和大学生成才愿望的一致性 。The fostering of qualified personnel in the new century,which is in close relation to the socialization of undergraduates’ personality,is an important system project.The socialization embodies the unanimity of social expectation and undergraduates’own desires,and also gives the college ideological workers an urgent task.
