摘  要:高等师范专科的学生作为未来的小学教师,对教师这一职业的认同不仅直接关系到其在校学习生活的规划和将来教师职业生涯的发展,还关系到基础教育事业的未来发展。在对某高等师范专科学生的教师职业认同现状调查基础上,文章对高等师范专科学生的教师职业认同的现状进行分析,并建议通过对高等师范专科学生进行分类、分阶段指导,加强与小学教育实践的联系,营造尊师重教的舆论氛围,提升高等师范专科学生的教师职业认同。The higher normal college students will be primary school teachers in the future. The status of teacher's professional identity of higher normal college students is not directly related to their living and studying in the college and professional development, but also related to the basic education development in the future. This paper makes a survey and analysis of the higher normal college students' identity of the teacher occupation. By means of classifying guidance to students, to strengthen ties with the practice of primary education, build good social morality of honors the teacher and respects education, and cultivate the teacher's professional identity of higher normal college students are put forward.
