摘　　要：当今社会大学生就业形势严峻、竞争日趋激烈,企业对人才的需求日趋多元,只有加强人才培养模式的创新改革,才能提升大学生核心竞争力,从而切实缓解高校毕业生就业压力。烹饪专业辅导员作为烹饪专业大学生思想引领者、学业引导者、成才培育者,对于其核心竞争力培养发挥着重要的作用。The current job market for college students is increasingly grim and competitive. The demand of en- terprises for talents is more and more diversified. To elevate the core competitiveness of college students and substantially ease their employment pressure, there is a need to make innovations of and reform the mode of talent cultivation. As the mental guide, academic advisor, talent breeder, college counselors play an important role in cultivating the core competitiveness of college students.
