试论德育在培养创新型研究生中的重要作用

摘　　要：在培养创新型人才为目的的研究生教育中,研究生德育是研究生教育的基本内容。从创新型研究生的素质结构出发,指出德育有助于提升研究生的创新人格、创新意识和创新能力,提出了加强研究生创新德育理念、明确了研究生德育定位以及加强研究生自我教育的对策与措施。Moral education is a basic component of graduate education with the purpose of cultivating creative talents. Starting from the quality structure of creative graduate students, this paper points out that moral education contributes to upgrading graduate students＇ creative character, creative awareness and creative ability. In addition, it advances the idea of strengthening graduate students＇ creative moral sense, clarifies the position of graduate students＇ oral education and thereby puts forth strategies and measures for strengthening graduate students＇ self education.
