摘  要:在社会艺术培训教育产业蓬勃发展的新形势下,培养社会艺术教育管理人才已是现实需要。培养社会艺术教育管理人才,"品"式课程体系是关键要素,通过"品"式课程体系构建人才特色,构筑人才素质结构,厚实人才职业能力;特色实践教学体系是重要环节,以实践教学目标、实践教学总体设计、实践教学模式、实践教学考评构成的特色实践教学体系,凸显人才培养的特殊功效;高素质教师队伍是前提条件,实现人才培养的前提是建设一支高素质的教师队伍,优化教师队伍的构成要素,以校内外优质资源为支撑,以制度管理为保障。Under the new situation of fast development in the society of art training and education industry, it is the practical needs and the requirements of the times to cultivate the social art education management personnel. "Pin" course system is the key factor to cultivate the social art education management person- nel, which can construct talents characteristics, build talent quality structure, and thicken personnel occu- pation ability. Characteristic practical teaching system is an important link to highlight the special effects of the personnel cultivation in the characteristic practical teaching system by practicing teaching goal, the overall design, the practical teaching, and the practical teaching evaluation. Qualified teachers are the premise condition, and realizing the talents training is the prerequisite for the construction of high-quality teachers. Optimizing teachers'elements can still utilize internal and external resources to support and use management system as a guarantee.
