摘  要:对体育类高校理论课开发"健商"课程进行了研究。认为将"健商"作为体育类高校理论课校本课程开发的一个视角具有重要的意义:有利于推动理论课课程改革;有利于体育类高校学生形成"健康第一"的理念;可以使体育类高校学生将"健商"理论推广传播,使更多的人受益。在体育类高校理论课校本课程开发中引入"健商"是一个系统工程,需要更新观念,提高对"健商"的认识;提高理论课教师的素质;开发"健商"课程要具有灵活性,根据具体情况将"健商"开发成独立的课程或将"健商"内容融入其它相关课程中。The sports theory courses development" Health Quotient" course were studied. That would " Health Quotient" as a sports college theoretical course of school-based curriculum development a perspective has important implications: helps promote the theory course reform; is helpful for sports college students to form a" health first" philosophy; can make the sports college students will" Health Quotient" theory to promote the dissemination of, make more people benefit. In sports academic course of school-based curriculum development of " Health Quotient" is a systems engineering, needs to renew an idea, improve the understanding of" Health Quotient"; improve theory teacher quality; development" Health Quotient" course should have flexibility, according to the specific circumstances of the" Health Quotient" developed into independent course or will" Health Quotient" content into other related courses.
