摘　　要：体校生普遍存在重体轻文的现象,文化学习质量的提高一向是竞技体育后备人才培养过程中的难题。文章通过对体校的校情、生情的分析,对如何提高体校九年义务教育阶段的文化教育质量,进行了新的探讨,对当前体校文化教学和管理的若干问题提出了相应的解决办法。There is such a widespread phenomenon that the sports school students would pay more attention to the sports learning than to the culture.How to improve the quality of cultural learning is a serious problem in the process of training the sports talents.In this paper,there is a new approach that how to improve the quality of cultural teaching in the sports school nine-year compulsory education through the analysis of the situation by the school and the students.And than made some corresponding solutions of the problems in culture teaching and management in the sports school.
