摘　　要：教育公平是和谐社会的基石,特殊群体的教育公平问题是影响社会和谐的重要因素之一。目前,新疆不同地区特殊教育公平还面临着特殊教育学校数量较少,适龄儿童入学率不高,特殊教育师资缺乏,基础设施简陋等问题,为促进新疆地区特殊教育的公平,应该完善并落实各项法律法规,加强新疆地区特殊学校建设的力度,提高残疾儿童义务教育入学率,加大教育经费投入,完善多元化教育经费保障机制以及加强特殊师资队伍建设,提高特殊教育学校的基础设施水平。完善与新疆社会经济发展相适应的特殊教育体系,促进新疆不同地区特殊教育公平得到长足发展。Educational equity is the cornerstone of harmonious society.And education equity of special groups is an important factor in social harmony.Currently,special education equity in Xinjiang is facing problems,such as insufficiency of special education schools,lower enrollment rate of school age children,the lack of teachers about special education,simple and crude infrastructure,and so on.In order to strengthen equity of special education in Xinjiang,we should improve and implement laws and regulations,strengthen the construction of special schools in Xinjiang,improve compulsory education enrollment of children with disabilities,increase investment in education,improve diversification of funding mechanism for education,enhance building special teacher teams,better the infrastructure of special education schools.It is of great importantce to improve special education system adapting to the social and economic development in Xinjiang for the purpose of promoting special education equity by leaps and bounds.
