摘  要:江西省部分高中校本课程实践表明,目前我国校本课程开发、校本课程实施、校本课程评价以及校本课程管理等方面仍存在一些问题。今后校本课程的实践应从以下几方面推进:1.建构校本课程开发共同体;2.提升教师的课程开发能力;3.校本课程的开发应基于高校整体课程的规划;4.超越“节日”式的校本课程;5.对校本课程引入过程性评价;6.强化校本课程的领导意识。School-based curriculum is based on "general view of curriculum". As one of the highlights of the new curriculum reform, it has accumulated some experiences, and on the other hand, it has fallen into some confusion in the process of its implementation. Based on the analysis of the practice of some high schools' school-based curriculum, this article points out the main problems existing in school-based curriculum development, implementation, evaluation and management, and then sets forth an attribution analysis, based on which some recommendations for the improvement of school- based curriculum development and implementation have been put forward, with ten suggestions for the understanding of educational reforms.
