摘  要:教学质量观问题不仅是反映当代教育变革的理念问题,更是影响中小学开展有效教学的方向与质量的实践问题。当前实践层面有效教学推进的"虎头蛇尾"现象揭示了长期以来单极取向教学质量观的偏失。重建教学质量观已成为当前提升中小学教学"有效性"的关键,为此需要实现从单极取向向整合取向的价值目标转变,二者在思维方式与内涵上具有明显不同。构建整合取向的教学质量观,需要遵循观念与行动联动的变革逻辑,同时期待教师以责任担当为根本的专业伦理提升。View of teaching quality not only reflects contemporary concepts of educational reform, but also influences the orientation and whole quality in the practice of effective teaching in primary and secondary schools. Nowadays, the phenomenon of "Hutoushewei" (a brave beginning and weak ending) in practice reveals one - sidedness of monopole tendency on the view of teaching quality for a long period of time. The key to enhance the "effectiveness" in primary and secondary school teaching is to reconstruct the view of teaching quality. So we need to transform from monopole tendency to integrity tendency, which differs apparently on ways of thinking and meaning. To reconstruct the view of teaching quality need to abide by the reform logic of coordination between concept and action, meanwhile, school teachers are expected to enhance their professional ethics on the basis of professional duty undertaken.
