摘  要:研究快速溶剂萃取对甜叶菊中的甜菊甙、莱鲍迪甙A、莱鲍迪甙C的提取效果,并与超声波提取法进行比较。通过单因素试验讨论萃取溶剂、萃取温度、静态时间及循环次数对于萃取效率的影响。结果表明,快速溶剂萃取的最佳提取条件:以水为溶剂,温度60℃,压力1.03×107 Pa,循环次数2次,静态萃取时间10min,最终萃取体积20mL。该条件下甜菊甙、莱鲍迪甙A、莱鲍迪甙C萃取总量分别达到7.7,5.5,52.7mg/g,分别是超声提取法的1.3,2.0,2.1倍,而且快速溶剂萃取具有快速、高效、方便等优点,更适于甜菊糖甙的提取。The extraction efficiency of accelerated solvent extraction was studied for stevioside,rebaudioside A and rebaudioside C and compared with that of the ultrasonic extraction method.The effects of different solvents,time,temperature and cycle numbers on extraction efficiency have been studied by single factor experiments.The results indicated the optimal extraction processing parameters were water extraction,temperature of 60 ℃,extraction pressure of 1.03×107 Pa,repeated extraction number of 2,static time of 10 min and finally extraction volume of 20mL,but the key ingredient is temperature.Regarding the stevioside,rebaudioside A and rebaudioside C extraction,the total extract of ASE is 7.7,5.5,52.7 mg/g and is 1.3,2.0,2.1 times better than ultrasonication extraction method.The accelerated solvent extraction method has the advantages of rapid,convenient operation and more predominant,and is more suitable for extracting steviosides.
