The Relationship between Self-Efficacy,Academic Motivation and Procrastination among College Students of Engineering

摘  要:以147名工科大学生为被试,采用差异分析、相关分析、多元回归等方法探讨了自我效能感、学习动机与拖延行为的关系,结果发现:(1)男生在内部学习动机、无学习动机及回避性拖延上均显著高于女生;不同年级的工科大学生在自我效能感、学习动机的3个维度及回避性拖延上差异显著。(2)唤起性拖延与自我效能感存在显著负相关,与无动机、回避性拖延存在显著正相关;回避性拖延与自我效能感、内部学习动机、外部学习动机、无动机存在显著正相关。(3)回归分析表明,无学习动机可以正向预测、自我效能感可以负向预测唤起性拖延,其中无学习动机的预测作用最为明显,解释率为20%;而学习动机的3个维度均可正向预测回避性拖延,其中内部学习动机的预测作用最为明显,解释率为50.1%。影响唤起性与回避性2种拖延行为的因素存在差异,应该引起以后研究的注意。Data were collected from 147 engineering students and analyzed with methods of differentiate analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression. The results indicated that : ( 1 ) the intrinsic motivation, amotivation and avoidant procrastination of male students were significantly higher than females; self - efficacy and the three dimensions of academic motivation and avoidant procrastination were significantly different between grades; (2) the arousal pro- crastination was negative correlated between self - efficacy, and positive correlated between amotivation and avoidant procrastination; the avoidant procrastination was positive correlated between self- efficacy, intrinsic motivation, extrin- sic motivation and amotivation; (3) arousal procrastination can be positively predicted by amotivation, and negatively predicted by self- efficacy, the amotivation was the most important predictor with the prediction rate of 20% ; avoidant procrastination can be positively predicted by the three dimensions of academic motivation, and the intrinsic motivation was the most important predictor with the prediction rate of 50. 1%. The results showed that the effective factors of a- rousal procrastination and avoidant procrastination were different, it must be noticed by future studies.
