摘 要:本文描述了基于学习档案的学习评估机制在初中英语教改实验中的探索性研究。在文献研究和需求分析的基础之上,本文认为原有的评学机制有应试倾向,难以培养学生的自主学习能力,并论证了新机制建立的必要性和可行性,描述了该机制的设计流程、主要内容、操作原则和特色。随后通过问卷数据分析和个案研究了解其初步成效,并对运行过程中出现的问题作了总结。研究结果表明基于学习档案的评学机制能有效提高学生自主学习能力,但该评估机制的改革需要相应的保障。This paper depicts an exploratory study on ELP-based learning assessment for an English teaching and learning project in a middle school. The literature review, together with the findings of the school-based needs analysis, suggests that the original learning assessment system was test-oriented and unable to foster learner autonomy and that a new learning assessment system is desirable and feasible. Then the designing process and principal components of the new assessment are described, followed by an account of guidelines and essential features. Finally, preliminary results come out through an analysis of the questionnaire data and case studies; meanwhile, problems emerging in the implementation process are also covered. This study, on the whole, reveals that the ELP-based learning assessment system can effectively cultivate learner autonomy, but the assessment reform cannot be conducted unless certain preconditions are met.
