摘　　要：各地高职院校以"校中厂"、"厂中校"等不同形态、不同方式自发实施"教学工厂"模式时出现了诸多问题,使得这种新模式难以推广,这就需要从国家、学校、企业、学生各个层面对此进行分析并探索解决对策。Many problems appeared when all over the higher vocational colleges spontaneously carried out the ＂teaching factory＂ mode in different forms and ways, such as ＂factory in college＂, ＂college in factory＂ and so on, which made this mode hard to promote. This requires analysis and exploration for solutions from those different aspects, the country, colleges, enterprises and students.
