摘　　要：美英两国教师组织对教育政策活动产生一定的影响是两国教育政策过程中的一个共同特点,文章通过比较两国教师组织影响教育政策活动的能力、价值取向、运行过程,分析了两国教育政策运行的本质特点。It＇s the same characteristic that the teacher associations impacting the process of educational policies in American and Britain. And the article analyzes the natures of educational policies process by comparing the influence of the abilities, value orientation and process of educational policies of teacher associations on the process of educational policies between the two countries.
