摘 要:幼儿园教育质量观是指人们对幼儿园教育质量的基本看法,它是引领幼儿园科学发展的重要价值观之一。幼儿园教育以促进每个幼儿的全面、个性化和终身发展为己任.因此科学的幼儿园教育质量观是以幼儿发展为本的质量观;幼儿发展是过程和结果的统一.促进幼儿发展的各种条件因素往往以过程为凭借。因此科学的幼儿园教育质量观是以过程质量为核心的全面质量观;幼儿园教育质量是一种发展性质量,因此科学的幼儿园教育质量观又是动态、多元的发展质量观。当然。在坚持动态、多元的幼儿园教育质量观时应注意避免因标准的多元化而带来的种种误区。The concept of kindergarten education quality involves people's basic attitudes to the kindergarten education, and it is one of the important concepts that guide the development of kindergarten education. The kindergarten education promotes children's all-round, individual and lifelong development; therefore, scientific quality concept is one based on children's development. Children's development is the result of education process and the conditional elements that promote the development of children are usually based on process; therefore, the scientific quality concept is an all round quality concept cored by process quality. The kindergarten education quality is a kind of developmental quality; therefore, the scientific quality concept is a dynamic, diverse and developmental quality concept. Of course, the misunderstanding brought by the diversification of standards should be avoided.
