摘　　要：研究了以玉米淀粉厂副产品玉米黄粉为原料提取玉米黄色素的工艺 .以无水乙醇为萃取剂一次提取率 >84% ,液体产品吸光度 E1 %1 cm(44 5 nm )为 4.This paper deals with the extraction techniques of edible pigment maize yellow from naize yellow powder,that is by\|product in a maize starch plant.The yield of first extracting may come up to 84% by using anhydrous alcohol as extracting agent.The absorbance at 445nm of the anhydrous alcohol solution containing 1% of the liquid pigment product is about 4.0.\;
