摘　　要：通过对教学和教学管理工作的反思,结合江苏建筑职业技术学院教学质量管理实践,提出"榜样与对话"的教学督导模式,对教学行政管理进行有效调适,从而进一步提高教学督导效率.该模式不仅有利于培养理想与现实相统一、超越意识与超越能力相统一的教学团队,而且有利于最终建立教学质量管理共同体,提高教学质量管理水平.Through the reflection of teaching and teaching management, this paper proposes teaching supervision mode of model and dialogue combing the teaching quality management prac- tice in Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute to adjust teaching administration effectively and improve the effi- ciency of teaching supervision. This mode is not only beneficial to cultivate the teaching team which unifies ideal and reality as well as transcendental consciousness and transcendental ability, but also beneficial to build the community of teaching quality management to improve the teach- ing quality management level.
