高职校内生产性实训基地运行管理机制研究—以健雄职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：结合健雄职业技术学院校内生产性实训基地的建设实践,对实训基地建设的运行管理机制进行了实践性研究,提出了"六制度一机制"的管理模式,保证了校内实训基地建设可持续发展,促进了学生综合素质的全面发展.The study on operation and management mechanism for practical research is developed with the construction of intramural productive training base in Chien-shiung institute of Technology.In this paper,＂six system mechanism＂management mode is put forward to ensure the sustainable development of the inner-practice base construction,and promote the all-round development of students＇ comprehensive quality.
