摘　　要：农学院是河北农业大学的支柱学院之一,在学科建设、科研、教学及学生工作等方面具有举足轻重的地位,近年来,农学院通过凝练学科方向和内涵积淀了学科实力;争取到一大批重点项目,迅速提升了科研能力;重视教育教学塑造高水平师资;突出学生工作,提高人才培养质量等一系列措施,全面促进了学院的发展,取得了骄人的成果,走出了一条特色鲜明的发展道路。Agronomy College as one of the supporting colleges of Agriculture University of He- bei, with a pivotal status in the subject construction, scientific research, teaching and student work, has accumulated much discipline strength, strived for a large number of key projects, and gained a rapid enhancement in scientific capabilities by refining discipline direction and content in recent years. Simultaneously, remarkable achievements have been made by paying great attention to education and teaching to shape highlevel teachers,and taking a series of measures to highlight the ideological work of students, to improve the quality of talent training, and to fully promote its development and finally Agronomy College has created a distinctive path of development.
