摘　　要：介绍了河北农业大学外国语学院成立10年来围绕教学中心工作,提高教学质量的主要实践举措,对坚持"以人为本、师生互敬、教学相长、享受教育、快乐学习"的办学理念,搞好师资培养、抓好教学改革、建立全方位教学质量监督体系等进行了总结和思考。This paper introduces the main practices and measures of improving teaching quality since 2002, when Foreign Language College of Hebei Agricultural University was founded. For- eign Language College insists on the schooling concept of ＂human-oriented management, teachers and students inter-respect, teachers and students benefit in teaching, enjoyable education and happy learning＂, attaching importance to cultivating teachers, reforming teaching and setting up an omnibearing supervision system for teaching quality. The paper gives a summary and reflection to its development , achievements, its solutions to the existing problems and its development blueprint.
