摘 要:目的了解护理专业实习生的职业态度现状,并分析临床带教老师因素对其职业态度的影响。方法采用护士职业态度量表和影响实习护生职业态度的临床带教老师因素量表对在武汉大学人民医院实习的326名护生进行调查。结果护生职业态度得分为(4.95±0.89)分,总体为中立偏积极;多元线性回归分析显示,护生受教育水平、学习护理的原因,以及临床带教老师的专业技术、以身作则是影响护生职业态度的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论护生总体职业态度中立偏积极,教师的专业技术、以身作则可以显著影响护生的职业态度。临床带教教师应不断加强自身建设,努力提升自我修养,具备扎实规范的理论知识和技能操作,促进护生职业态度水平的提升。Objective To understand the professional attitude of nursing students and its influencing factors. Methods A survey of 326 nursing students was conducted with Nurse Professional Attitude Scale and clinical teacher influencing nursing students' professional attitude scale. Results The general attitude of overall students was relatively active, scoring (4.95±0.89). Multiple linear regression showed education level, the reason to choose nursing as the major, teacher's professional skill and a good example from clinical teacher were main factors affecting professional attitude of nursing students (P〈0.05). Conclusion Professional attitude of the majority of nursing students is considered to be relatively active, and teachers' professional skill can significantly affect nursing students' professional attitude. Clinical teachers should reinforce the self-cultivation for solid nursing knowledge and skills to promote the improvement of nursing students' professional attitude.
