摘　　要：本文从学生认知心理的特点和规律出发,围绕工程应用型创新人才的培养模式,对"自动控制原理"的课堂教学进行改革。我们利用形象化教学手段,让学生运用注意、记忆和思维的策略,加深对教学内容的理解,并采用多种教学方法相结合的方式,指导学生建立良好的知识认知结构,提高学生的学习能力,从而有效地提高教学效果。From the characteristics and laws of the students′ cognitive psychology,we reform to the classroom teaching of Automatic Control Theory around the talent cultivation model for creative professionals in the paper.Using visualization teaching methods,we make the students use the attention,memory,thinking strategies to deepen the understanding of the teaching content.And using the combination of the variety of teaching methods,we guide the students to develop a well knowledge of cognitive structure,improve the learning ability of students,and improve effectively the teaching effect.
