大学生自主学习能力的培养与大学英语教师教育观念的转变

摘　　要：具备自主学习能力是当代社会对人才的基本要求,日益完善的教学网络为大学生的自主学习提供了必要的条件。随着大学英语教学改革的深入和教学环境与教学手段的日益现代化,大学英语教师的角色也在不断变化,教师对学生的信念也要转变。本文旨在探索为了提高大学生的自主学习能力,英语教师的角色应该如何转变,如何从教师中心逐渐走向学生中心。The ability to learn independently is a basic requirement for qualified personnel in the new era. Increasingly improved, educational networks provide college students with easy access to learning independently. Deepening teaching reform and modernizing teaching equipment calls for changes in college teachers＇ teaching philosophy. This article expounds on how college teachers shift from teacher-centered teaching pattern to student-centered pattern, in which the ability to learn independently is cultivated.
