摘  要:通过本课题的研究.确定了中等卫生职业教育人才培养目标;在口腔修复工艺专业开展”企业冠名订单式”人才培养的尝试,在护理专业推行”三二分段”人才培养模式:根据中职人才培养目标要求,构建具有鲜明卫生职业教育特点的工作过程系统化的课程体系;以贴近医院/企业、贴近技术、贴近工艺的建设思路,建成了护理、药剂、口腔实训中心,有力推进了教学做一体化教学的开展;初步建立了以能力为核心的学生评价模式,积极开展学校、行业、企业共同参与的职业教育质量评价模式;构建了多层次、多元化实习网络。结果:学生综合素质全面提高,在各级各类职业技能竞赛中屡获佳绩.大大提高双证书毕业率,近3年就业率达到97.6%。The research aims at exploring the multiple functions of a working-based teaching model in nursing and oral medicine courses. Built upon a syllabus tailored to real-life working scenarios and practical operations, the working-based model adopts a well-diversified practicing network as well as a student-oriented assessing method which involves cooperation with educational institutes, health industry and hospitals. Simultaneously, a training centre of nursing, pharmacy and oral medicine has been established to verify and promote the merits of this all-in-one teaching revolution. As a result of embodying more practical teaching objectives, a comprehensive improvement of training outcomes has been observed, which is evidenced by the better performance in most of skill competitions and the higher employment rate of the subject group.
