摘　　要：要做好评教工作,首先需建立以提高评教结果的合理性与可信度、增强评教机制的可操作性为出发点,改进学校教学工作,改善课程设置和教师工作考核和目的的相对完善的评教体系,其次要建立相关保障制度,保证评教体系能高效、有序地运行,再进行推广实施。To do good evaluation work,first need to establish to improve teaching assessment results and credibility as a starting point,and to enhance the teaching assessment mechanism operability,improve school teaching work,to improve the assessment and the purpose of the curriculum and teachers＇ work relatively well teaching assessment system,followed by the establishment of relevant security system to ensure that the comments systems can be efficient,orderly operation and further promote the implementation.
