摘  要:试验利用响应面法对发酵生产蛋白质饲料的培养基进行优化。选取发酵时间、水分与底物比例和酒糟与豆粕比例为影响因素,在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken中心组合方法采用三因素三水平的试验设计,以真蛋白含量为响应值,进行响应面分析。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为发酵时间50 h、水分与底物比例0.9∶1、酒糟与豆粕比例1.5∶1,在此条件下,获得的真蛋白质含量为41.66%。To optimize culture medium of the production of protein feed ,the effects of fermentation time, the propor- tion of soybean meal and distiller' s grains and water content of substrate were studied with Box-Behnken design.The pre- dictive polynomial quadratic equations model was developed by response surface methodology (RSM) software.The opti- mum extraction conditions were showed as follows :the fermentation time was 50 h,the proportion of soybean meal and dis- tiller's grains was 0.9:1,water content of substrate was 1.5:1l.Under the optimum conditions,the true protein content was 41.66 %.
