摘  要:针对制粒湿度过程具有大滞后时间、模型参数时变的特点,提出一种新改进的串级控制方案。主副回路都采用单位反馈控制结构,并采用基于内模控制结构的设计方法获得两控制器。每个控制器都具有PID形式,都可通过单性能参数独立调节和优化,便于工程推广和应用。仿真实例验证了控制系统具有很好的设定值跟踪性能和抗扰动性能,并且具有较强的鲁棒稳定性。A new modified cascade control scheme was proposed for the granulating humidity control sys- tem with large time delay and time varying characteristics. The structure of unity feedback are used both in the major loop and in the secondary loop, and the two controllers are derived according to the internal model con- trol principle. The two controllers are designed as a PID, and can be adjusted and optimized by single parame- ter independently, which is convenient for engineering application. Simulation example demonstrates the good robust stability as well as the excellent performance of setpoint tracking and better anti-disturbance capability of the control system.
