摘  要:全纳教育已经成为了未来全球教育发展的方向,而在我国的随班就读作为全纳教育的过渡阶段,提高了残疾儿童的入学率,初步实现了教育公平。在残疾儿童随班就读中,随班就读教师是残疾学生成功与否的重要保证。文章就我国的随班就读教师的现状研究、素质研究、培养方式和认证资格等方面进行述评,以期为未来的研究提供一些参考。Inclusive education has become a goal for the global education development in the future. In China, as a transitional phase of inclusive education, Learning in Regular Classes improves disabled children's enrollment ratio and ensures that disabled children gain preliminary equal access to education. Teachers are the guarantee of the success of Special Students' Learning in Regular Classes. This paper reviews such researches as research on present situation, quality research, research on training methods and research on accreditation of teachers of learning in Regular Classes so as to provide some references for the later studies.
