摘　　要：诚信缺失是建立和谐医患关系的障碍之一,它影响到我国医疗卫生事业健康、持续发展和社会秩序的稳定。构建以诚信为基础的和谐医患关系需要医患之间相互尊重、相互理解,这是和谐医患关系建立的前提条件;自律与他律相结合是构建以诚信为基础的和谐医患关系的根本保证;良好的沟通是构建以诚信为基础的和谐医患关系的关键环节。The lack of good faith is the obstacle to build a harmonious doctor - patient relationship and affects the healthy development of medical and health service industry in China as well as the stability of social order. Mu- tual respect and understanding between doctors and patients are the premise condition for harmonious doctor -pa- tient relationship, combination of self - discipline and heteronomy is its fundamental guarantee, and communication between doctors and patients are the main ways to build a harmonious doctor - patient relationship based on good faith.
