摘　　要：积极应对、处理民族地区突发公共卫生事件,有利于消除其对民族地区人民健康、社会稳定、经济发展带来的负面影响。其重点要放在对突发公共卫生事件"三网"的构建上,民族地区各级政府、卫生行政部门、医疗机构以及工作人员应当明确责任、密切配合、积极面对,建立健全突发公共卫生事件责任网、信息报告网和紧急医疗救治网,以全方位形成综合、应对处理突发公共卫生事件的"合力"。Actively coping with emergent public health events in territory of nationality is helpful to eliminate its negative effect on people＇s health, social stability and economic development. The emphasis should be placed on public health emergencies ＂ three networks＂ construction in territory of nationality, and national region govern- ments, administrative department of public health and medical institutions and work personnel should clear their re- sponsibilities, cooperate closely, face it actively, and then establish and perfect the public health emergencies responsibility network, information report network and emergency medical treatment network so as to form a joined forces for dealing with emergent public health events in territory of nationality.
