摘　　要：目前国内应用普及率比较高的概率论与数理计教材看，大体分为3类，一类是适用于经济管理类的教材；一类是适用于高等学校工科、理科（非数学专业）的教材；一类适用于数学专业的教材．浙江大学《概率论与数理统计》（第4版）具有注重启发式教学、应用范围广、内容编排合理等特色．概率论与数理统计的入门级教材，应该弱化数学推导，加强直观理解；重视知识的发现过程，在探索中培养兴趣；培养学生思维能力，传授学生思想方法．Depending on four categories of ＂textbook series for 21st Century＂, ＂fifteen national level planning materials＂, ＂1 lth Five-Year national planned textbooks＂ and ＂others＂, the article introduces some popular teaching materials on probability and statistics. Focusing on the basic information and main feature of ＂Probability theory and mathematical statistics＂ published by Zhejiang University, which has the largest circulation in the similar materials. According to the writer＇s teaching knowledge and experience, the article presents some thoughts and comments about our textbook and teaching method for the curriculum of probability and statistics.
