摘　　要：在安溪县茶科所茶园开展铁观音伏季休茶试验。结果表明:采制春、暑、秋茶,留养夏茶的处理方式,秋茶采摘面平整、成熟期一致,秋茶产量、品质较佳,经济效益最好。An experiment of summer closed tea-picking season of Tie-guanyin was developed on tea garden in Anxi county tea science research institute. The result showed that, when used the processing mode of picking spring, summer, autumn tea, and summer tea-keeping, the state of autumn tea was best, including the picking surface was smooth, the mature period was synchronous, the yield and quality was better, the economic benefit was best.
