摘　　要：本科毕业论文质量不理想的一个关键问题是学生缺少训练,尤其是缺少针对性强、层次有序的训练,本文以汉语言文学专业为例,提出了融学术思考与能力培养为一体的三级训练模式,即:学科论文、学年论文、毕业论文三者有机结合,循序渐进,通过培养方案的调整,导师制的融合,把三级训练内容落实到各阶段教学中,有效提高本科毕业论文质量。Undergraduate graduated papers quality does not ideal of a key problem is students missing training,especially missing targeted strong,and levels ordered of training,this article to china＇s language literature professional for cases,made has thaw academic thinking and capacity training for one of three level training mode,that：disciplines papers,and school year papers,and graduated papers,step by step,through the adjustment of the training program,mentoring,integration of the three training implemented in various stages of teaching,improve the quality of undergraduate thesis.
