摘　　要：在国际形势迅速发展的当今时代,为把我国由人口大国变为人力资源强国,保障人才强国战略的实施,教育管理体制改革已刻不容缓。改革需要更加全面深入的探讨和更加积极的实践探索。本文旨在就我国对现代学校制度的探索来谈教育管理体制改革的实践及发展趋向。In the mordern time,the international situation develops rapidly,in order to turn China from a country with a large population into human resources powers.To safeguard the implementation of this strategy,the educational management system reform has become essential.Reform requires more comprehensive and in-depth discussion and more active practice and exploration.This article aims to explore the mordern school system to talk abou the trend of the prctice of educational management system reform.
