六盘水幼小衔接:现状与对策研究

摘  要:幼小衔接是个体从幼儿园阶段过渡到小学阶段的一项重要工作。衔接的效果直接制约着儿童入学后的生活适应和学习适应能力,影响着儿童的成长和发展。本地区由于经济基础薄弱和文化教育的落后,幼小衔接工作流于形式,小学化倾向严重,忽视衔接的全面性、基础性、长期性。究其原因只有提升对幼小衔接的科学认识,重视幼小衔接在教育教学研究中的重要地位,明确幼小衔接的任务,加强幼儿园与小学的有效沟通,注重家园合作,才能保证幼小衔接工作的有效开展。The linkage of between the kindergarten and the elementary school is an important job for the transferring from the kindergarten to the primary school. The effect of joining between them will restrict the children's abilities of adjusting to the life and study in primary school directly. It also affects the children's growth and development. Because of being poor in economic condition and weak in education, the job turns out to be a form , and the nature of being comprehensive,basic and long-term has been neglected. To ensure the effective jlinkage of the kindergarten and the primary school, the following measures should be taken: understand the linkage scientifically, pay more attention to its status in the process of education, make the joining tasks clear, strengthen effective communication between the kindergarten and the primary school and focus on the cooperation between the kindergarten and the family.
