摘　　要：教学的效果不仅取决于教材的质量,教师的学术水平在很大程度上也取决于教师所运用的教学法,教师不应只问耕耘,不问收获。高等学校的教学形式具有自己的特殊性,避免高等学校中学化。是否重视教学法研究,是教师工作态度的一个具体表现。The effect of teaching not only depends on the quality of the teaching materials,the academic level of teachers largely depends on the teachers use teaching methods,teachers should not only wanted to contribute,but not to receive.Form of university teaching has its own particularity,to avoid colleges secondary schools.Whether the emphasis on pedagogy research,is a concrete manifestation of the attitude of the teachers＇ work.
