摘  要:结合实际探讨了高职院校制订教职工科研工作绩效考核方案时应特别关注并解决好的三个问题,即:将教职工个人科研需求与院校科研目标有机结合,实现教职工个体与院校组织共同协调发展;综合评价,全面考核,实现教职工个体自身的和谐发展;客观评价,科学判断,充分发挥正面引导作用。介绍并分析了项目定额模式和量化积分定额模式等两种制订高职院校教职工科研工作绩效考核方案的实用模式,为高职院校科学有效地实施教职工科研工作绩效考核提供借鉴和帮助。Combined with the practice, the essay explored three issues that should give special priority and solution when college implementing performance appraisal system of teaching staff's scientific research, namely, integrating teaching staff's individual scientific researching request with colleges' scientific target to realize coordinating development of individuals and colleges; comprehensively appraising and entirely examining to execute teaching staff's harmonious development; objectively remarking and scientifically judging to thoroughly execute positive guiding function. The essay introduced and analyzed two practical modes as to project quota and quantitative integral quota to provide assistance for effectively and scientifically executing teaching staff's performance appraisal work.
