技能大赛对高职教育课程改革导向作用的思考

摘　　要：职业技能大赛的举行对高职院校来说是非常重要和必要的,学生以赛促学,使学习的知识和工作中的要求相结合。通过分析高职院校开展竞赛活动的意义,从教学实际出发,对高职院校竞赛活动与基于工作过程课程开发的关系进行探讨,提出了技能大赛对职业教育课程目标的确定,内容的选择和组织、师资建设、课程评价改革等方面都具有一定的导向作用,从而探索我国高职院校的课程改革之路。Vocational colleges＇technique competition proves necessary and crucial , among which students could promote their learning and combine their acquisition and request in the work. By analyzing the significance of such competition, the essay made research on the relations of process- ing development and proposed the competition＇s instructive functions on vocational education targets＇confirmation, options of content and organizing, teaching staff construction, curricula appraisal, hence to explore the curricula reforming route for vocational colleges.
