摘  要:"1+N"高职英语课程改革旨在以"素质本位"来充实和完善"能力本位"的课程观,摒弃单纯的"学科本位",真正按照学生的岗位需求来设置英语课程,使英语教学目标与人才培养目标真正对接。采用项目化、模块化的任务型教学方法,引入RICH课程改革理念,结合美国职业培训的KAS模式,不断调整教学项目设计和思路,从而实现师生共同发展。"1+N" English curriculum reform in higher vocational college aims to enrich and improve "skill based curriculum standard" through "quality based curriculum standard" discarding simple "discipline based". "1+N" English curriculum reform sets up English curriculum system according to students' post requirements, then to join English teaching object with talent cultivation goal. On the introduction of RICH curriculum reform idea, "1 +N" English curriculum reform helps to improve English teaching by project- based teaching method, thereby realize teachers and students' mutual development.
