摘　　要：针对高职院校就业指导工作的现状,运用实验的方法,提出通过实施职业生涯规划教学辅导、团体辅导、个别咨询三种交叉使用的方式提高学生的择业效能感,帮助学生明确就业目标、增强就业能力的就业指导模式。Aiming at the employment characteristics and the present situation of the employment guidance of higher vocational college students, this paper put forward a kind of employment guidance mode which emphasizes that through the experimental method , adopts crossly teaching counseling, group counseling, individual consulting these three meth-ods in career planning to improve the students＇ self-efficacy of employment, helping the student to make clear of the employment goals, enhancing the capability of the employment.
