摘　　要：瑞吉欧教育体系是来自于意大利的文化,它的教育理念和教育实践所反映的精神正是世界各国学前教育工作者所共同追求的东西。瑞吉欧教育形成了以儿童、教师、家长、社区相关人员为主的"团体中心"。瑞吉欧教育体系中师幼关系对我们的启示:强化教师的专业知识,增强角色意识;做儿童的玩伴;提升教师反思能力;关注儿童的成长。The education system is Raj from Italian culture,it＇s education idea and education practice reflects the spirit is just the preschool education workers all countries in the world have the common pursue things Raj＇s education has formed by the children＇s teachers parents relevant personnel as community groups center＇s education system Raj classroo m young relationship to our enlightenment： enhancing the teachers＇ professional knowledge,strengthen the consciousness of the role;do children＇s play companion;improve teacher reflection ability;focus on the growth of children
