摘　　要：介绍了医学信息学教育在国内外的发展状况,结合当前我国医院信息化和医疗卫生改革,阐述了进行医学信息学教育认证和继续教育的必要性和可行性。After the development in medical informatics education at home and abroad was described, the necessity to certify medical informatics education and the feasibility of continuous education were dealt with according to the situation of hospital informationization and medical reform in our country.
