摘　　要：给出了双对角占优矩阵为M 矩阵的等价表征 ,改进与修正了文献 [2 。The sufficient and necessary conditions that the double diagonally dominant matrices were M matrices were given,thus improving and revising the corresponding results of document [2] and [3].
