摘  要:当前,职业教育培养目标过度地迎合用人单位的需要而忽略了社会和学生的需要,因此,应把培养学生全面发展的综合职业能力作为职业教育的培养目标。职业教育培养目标的厘定应从社会人、职业人、和谐发展的人的维度进行。全面发展的综合职业能力体现了个体发展的主观诉求与社会发展客观要求的统一,决定了该培养目标确立的历史必然性;职业学校教育能够满足培养学生全面发展的综合职业能力的要求,决定了职业教育培养目标具有实现的可能性。The current vocational education excessively caters to the needs of employers and neglects those of society and students. Therefore, the training goal of vocational education is to formulate the professional competence in the all-round development of the student and to include the fulfillment of the needs of social being, professions and harmonious development. The all-round development of professional competence reflects the unity of the subjective demands of individual development and social development of the objective requirements, and it determines the historical inevitability of the training objectives. Vocational schools can meet the requirements of cultivating professional competence of all- round development of the student, which determines how the vocational education and training goals can be achieved.
