摘  要:教学思想与方法创新有"划时代的创新",还有"系统的教学实验和改革",前者开启一个新的教育时代,后者则形成某种教学理论流派和教学模式,对一个地区、一所学校或一个学科的教学产生深刻的影响。教师的教学创新是"二度创造"过程。教师自觉自愿参与的程度,是衡量教学实验和改革进步的一个重要尺度,是创新的内在动力表现。现阶段我国的教学创新需要建设"教育特区",最为重要的是需要有一种教育信念的引导,以保证创新不迷失方向。The creativity of teaching thought and method includes not only the epoch-making creativity but also the systemic experiment and reforming of instruction.The former opens a new era of education while the latter forms some kind of teaching theory and model that deeply effect teaching in a certain area. The teacher's teaching creativity is a process of recreating and the creativity of teaching thought and method should meet the demands of times.The extent,to which teachers take part in it, is the important criterium that evaluates the teaching experiment and reform- ing and it is also the manifest of the inner motivation of creativity.It is necessary to construct a special zone of educa- tion at present and educational belief is more important so that our creativity will not lose its way.
