摘　　要：文章针对当前高职院校辅导员培养中存在的问题,提出了构建高职院校学生辅导员"内提"培养机制,分别从四个方面具体阐述了该培养机制的具体举措和方法,实践结果表明,"内提"培养机制能够有效提高高职院校辅导员队伍的整体素质。In view of the problems arising from counselor cultivation in vocational colleges,this article advocates constructing a trinity mechanism of counselor cultivation,and expounds the approaches adopted by this mechanism from the angles of internal improvement,external promotion and mutual emulation,which indicates that this mechanism is expected to promote the overall quality of counselor team.
